  174. Mary says:

I just love the Meow quilt, it’s so cleverly designed. My girls would be fighting over who would get to use it first, so I guess I’d have to make two!

  181. Kathleen says:

I would love to win Woof!! I could make the dogs like my little Westie, Molly…thank you for the giveaway..

  182. Kathleen says:

The StoryQuilts is a great site…I love the Pesky Pete pincushion as well as the Spinners quilt pattern…..

  183. Alicia Key says:

The doggie pattern, I’d choose. I actually have the cat pattern – opted not to buy the kit, of course, and now wish that I HAD bought the kit because the quilt would have gotten made a lot quicker! When I was at market last year, they offered a printout that added an on point set for the quilt and STILL I haven’t made it! wonderful prizes. Great blog! Come enter my giveaway at http://www.heirloomquilting.blogspot.com

  184. Betty says:

  188. Karlee says:

Wow. I would like the woof woof – dog pattern.

  189. Karlee says:

I adore the Yosemity Falls Quilt, but it is so far out of my league.

I am also impressed with the navigation on Storybook Quilts. I have never seen it before and love the feeling of having someone right there in the room to help you.

I also read your (12 page on my Ipad) valuable instructions on how to put together such a quilt, the colors, texture Implication, and design, or lack thereof importance. Incredible

Sorry to rattle on, but I am a beginning quilter at 58 yes old, and I fear I would go blind before I would master the techniques. I wish there was a simple instruction video section on the site.

    Thank you So much.

  196. katieQ says:

I receive your blog updates by email.

  197. katieQ says:

Story Quilts is an amazing site! I had a hard time narrowing my choice to just one quilt. Unfortunately, most of the quilts were way out of my skill zone. I really love “Dragonflies and Irises,” “Autumn Moon,” and I think I could actually make “Ginger Jars.”

    • You may be surprised that the fusible applique is not as hard as you expect! My experience with their patterns has been that they are very clear.

Try a small one sometime, or make a potholder from a simple fusible applique pattern, just to see how it works?

  198. Laura M says:

I have to apologize to my dog, but I have to say “meow”.

I try to support them any way that I can, so here I am and I hope I am doing this right.
