Last Harvest, First Snow in Minnesota

Fall Harvest

Two days ago I harvested beets and carrots from my fall garden.

First Snow - Birch Leaves

This morning the garden was transformed to a winter wonderland!

First Snow - Weight on Arborvitae

The wet snow will be falling most the day, or so the weather people say.

This guy seemed to love it! Wish I could have gotten closer.

  3. Wow! Those leaves make me think of ornaments on a Christmas tree. I love the Cardinal too!! I can see a painting in there. 😉

    Wow, snow in November. I love the picture of the cardinal. Lovely. I’m flying through MN in January on my way to Hawaii. Hope it doesn’t snow then.

    Loved the pic of the cardinal. This beautiful bird isn’t in Oregon, I’m sad to say. We haven’t had much snow yet, but it’ll be here soon enough. Love your blog.
